Announcing New Cottage Homes and Villas

New faces in Raleigh's Fallon Park --villas and cottages.

Two new housing offerings have been added to the mix at The Oaks at Fallon Park. New homebuilder partner, Forever Homes LLC has begun construction on luxury villas and cottages. Sixteen villas are under construction, gving homeowners an opportuity to live in a wonderful location at an affordable price, starting in the $360s. The first homes are slated for completion in early September.

In addition, Forever Homes is building eight cottage-style, single-family homes starting from $469, 900. These Craftsman-style homes with shake exteriors will offer unique homes with front porch living. The first three homes are slated for completion in October.
