Beginning Saturday, October 1, and for the next three weekends, three one-of-a-kind new homes will be open to the public in The Oaks at Fallon Park neighborhood. The featured homes by custom-home builders Dixon/Kirby & Company, Poythress Construction Company, and McNeill Burbank reflect a diverse range of styles and prices.
The Dixon/Kirby home is inspired by architecture from a simpler time, a fresh take on the storybook cottage. This home is cozy yet open, sophisticated but warm, cutting edge but comfortably familiar. It’s a new house with an old soul. The Poythress home offers a fresh look at the English Cottage. A clean, classic exterior reveals a light, contemporary interior. The McNeill Burbank home’s homey-cottage style features a generous full-front porch, built-in cabinetry, and tongue and groove ceilings, and includes a detached garage. Homes range in price from $635,000 to $799,000, and will be fully staged during the Parade, so potential homeowners can readily imagine how they might inhabit the space and make it their own.
Starting in the $600s, The Oaks at Fallon Park features historically-inspired custom home designs of 2,600 – 4,000 square feet. Results of a recent Oaks homeowner survey show that 97% of current homeowners are happy with their homes.
